Hamilton Township retained our services to complete property acquisition services for the replacement of the Central Avenue Bridge in Hamilton Township, McKean County, Pennsylvania. The project involved the partial acquisition of five parcels to replace an existing dilapidated bridge. The contract was initially proposed to complete all services in three months time. However it was accelerated and we were able to appraise, negotiate and successfully settle each of the claims within a month of receiving a notice to proceed, thus allowing the township to meet a very ambitious construction schedule.
