Our Title Research team has experience in searching courthouse records in over 30 counties. They are well trained and experienced with various systems of recordation that may be encountered in property ownership research. By providing services in such a vast area, our team has the versatility and competence needed to provide detailed and accurate title reports, which will ensure proper title is being transferred to the acquiring agency.

We also subscribe to several services that enable instant online access to the records of numerous courthouses throughout the Commonwealth. This enables us to perform research from remote locations and curtails expenditures, which are savings passed through to our clients.

Nearly all of our staff members are able to perform closing services. These services include: distribution of funds, securing signature(s) for transfer documents, preparation of release of liens, pro-rating closing costs, and document recordation.

Depending on the client, we have also been asked to have a sub-consultant perform closing services. We have established relationships throughout the Commonwealth with various closing agencies that are ready and willing to be part of our team!
