Duties include reviewing and explaining the right-of-way plans to affected owners, negotiations with property owners, providing relocation assistance, and processing payments for property owners.

State Route 0094 Sections 014 & 015, York and Adams Counties. This project involves the partial acquisition of nearly 100 parcels, which include two residential relocations. Duties include obtaining contact information for 94 property owners, preparation of documents, negotiating settlements with residential and business owners, providing relocation assistance to residential tenant occupants, data entry into computer system, preparation of claim payments, preparation of condemnation documents, and recording documents.
