Keystone provided assistance to PENNDOT, District 2-0 with a project in McKean County. This project was minor but involved the partial acquisition of seven parcels for the re-configuration of an interchange on State Route 219. Our staff was able to successfully settle every claim on this project amicably, which enabled the District Office to meet an accelerated letting schedule.
