In early 2003, we completed a project for PENNDOT
District 8-0 in York County. This project involved approximately 45 acquisitions.
Seven of these parcels were residential relocations and five required the
displacement of business operations. The project was anticipated to take
20 months for the clearance. The letting schedule was accelerated and we
were able to have all parcels cleared within 14 months. The Leader Heights
interchange is currently under construction and should be completed in 2006.
