Baker Engineering contracted our services to assist them in solving issues relative to consequential damages as a result of access change to properties in association with improvements being completed by the Allegheny County Airport Authority on State Route 0030 in Findlay Township. We were able to research and analyze case studies and provide information to the Authority and Baker to proceed with the project by substantially reducing costs, while supporting all findings in the event of unforeseen litigation. We obtained releases from property owners and are in the process of obtaining necessary easements for the Findlay Township Municipal Authority.
