SR 0022 Section B-08 Derry Township

We provided assistance to PENNDOT District 12-0 with a widening project along Route 22 in Derry Township. The project involved the partial acquisition of approximately 40 parcels. In addition to this, there were seven (7) residential relocations and three (3) business relocations.


The area shown below is a typical segment of the alignment. The widening of the two lane road to four lanes will alleviate congestion in the area and provide a safer and more convenient corridor through which to travel. Construction for this project is anticipated to commence in April or May of 2006.
