Keystone was contracted with PENNDOT District 12-0 to complete 110 claims that were originally contracted to another consulting firm. Initially, the contract was written to assist with 50 claims over a one-year term. The scope of work was modified to include double the claims in less than half of the time that was originally allotted. We were given four and a half months to arrive at a conditional clearance for these claims and were able to meet the ambitious goal of the Department. We were able to have over 50 condemnations requested and filed in this curtailed time frame.

The photo below indicates the status of construction for the project. Construction is anticipated to be completed in early 2007.
