The Department of Transportation has decided to eliminate a hazardous traffic situation in Penn Township. Currently there is a five point intersection of Breezewood Drive, Grandview Road, and Black Rock Road. To eliminate the dangerous condition the Department has decided to relocate and construct a new Breezewood Drive. There are a total of twenty three properties that need acquired. Included in the takings are two which will require residential relocations.
