SR 0219 Section C10 Ridgeway Township, Elk County Pennsylvania Department of Transportation District 2-0

Keystone is currently assisting PENNDOT District 2-0 with a project in Ridgeway Township, Elk County. SR 0219 Section C10 which involves the acquisition of approximately 30 parcels with one residential relocation claim. It is located in the heavily industrial area of Johnsonburg. The project is divided into two construction sections. A clearance certificate has been issued for the first section and claims segmented on the second section are being negotiated.


The photo below shows the entire project area. The bypass, once constructed, will begin at the lower right hand side of the photo and cross the Clarion River, where it will parallel the Railroad tracks to the North of Johnsonburg.
