SR 2038 Section WD1 Montgomery and Bucks Counties Pennsylvania Department of Transportation District 6-0

Keystone is currently assisting PENNDOT District 6-0 with a widening project in Montgomery and Bucks Counties. SR 2038 Section WD1 involves the acquisition of approximately 67 parcels with two relocation claims. The project is being constructed to widen County Line Road to accommodate a rapidly increasing traffic flow. The widening will relieve the majority of congestion in the area. Currently, the road is two lanes and provides a turning lane at various points of the corridor. The lane configuration will increase to four lanes, with an additional turning lane throughout the entire corridor. A sound barrier will also be constructed to minimize the noise impacts resulting from a potential increase of traffic and the proximity of it to residential properties.
