State Route 0094 Sections 014 and 015 York and Adams Counties Pennsylvania Department of Transportation District 8-0

We are providing assistance to the Department to acquire approximately 94 partial takes, which will impact numerous businesses and result in the displacement of two residential tenants. The services we are providing include but are not limited to: Plan review, Pre-Appraisal Services, Claim Negotiation, Relocation Assistance, Condemnation Support, Title Services, and Property Management.

The present configuration of the corridor does not accommodate the public, who heavily rely on this route for their shopping needs and access to other areas, which surround Hanover, PA. The area has recently undergone substantial development and the improved traffic facility is necessary for the safety and convenience of motorists.

The improvements of this roadway include a designated turning lane throughout the entire two mile segment. The widening and improvements to the intersecting roads will help to ease the flow of traffic and avoid congestion throughout the corridor as they presently exist.

The project is currently scheduled to be cleared by July 23, 2009 and the letting is forecasted to be in September of 2009.
