The SR 0074 Section 029 Project is needed to alleviate traffic congestion by constructing a direct High Street (T-920) link to Sunset Lane (T-831) in West Manchester Township. Constructing a new intersection of the local roadways with Carlisle Road not only will provide a safe route, but one that should minimize accidents. There are a total of eleven parcels on this project, which include six business relocations and two residential relocations. Construction is to be completed by the end of 2007.
