State Route 2038 BBR: Bucks and Montgomery Counties. This project involves the partial acquisition of six parcels. Duties include reviewing and explaining the right-of-way plans to affected owners, ROWOffice data entry, preparation of documents, and processing payments to property owners.

State Route 2038, Section WD1, Bucks and Montgomery Counties. This project involves the partial acquisition of nearly 70 parcels, which include two residential relocations and one business. Duties include managing staff, delegating assignments, reviewing all work products, quality control, assistance with appraisal packages, conducting status meetings, coordinating activities with the Department and design consultant and plan review.

I-95/I276 Connector, Bristol Township located in Bucks County. The project involves the total acquisition of approximately 27 parcels and the partial acquisition of 16 other properties for the construction of an interchange and five bridge projects being done in conjunction with it. Duties include: property title research, plan review and explanation, attending closings, securing mortgage and lien payoffs, negotiations with property owners, providing relocation assistance, computing replacement housing benefits and rent supplements, maintaining inventory of available properties, property management, providing condemnation assistance, processing claim payments, preparing agreements and settlement documents, coordinating closings.
