SR0028 Sections A09 & A10 Allegheny County Pennsylvania Department of Transportation District 11-0

We are currently providing services to PENNDOT, District 11-0 for the widening and realignment of approximately two miles of the existing four lane East Ohio Street, between Chestnut Street and the 40th Street Bridge on the North Side of the City of Pittsburgh and Borough of Millvale. Along with the widening and reconstruction, the intersections at the 31st and 40th Street Bridges will be reconfigured.

Keystone was given a notice to proceed in February 2007 and our services are expected to continue through the winter of 2011 when construction is expected to be completed.

This land acquisition for the project includes nearly 50 outdoor advertising devices, 17 business relocations, 15 residential relocations and numerous vacant land properties.
