Summary of Relevant Work Experience:

State Route 0094 Sections 014 & 015, York and Adams Counties. This project involves the partial acquisition of nearly 100 parcels, which include two residential relocations. Duties include obtaining contact information for 94 property owners, preparation of documents, negotiating settlements with residential and business owners, data entry into computer system, preparation of claim payments, preparation of condemnation documents, and recording documents.

Sunoco Logistics Partners, L.P. - Duties include assisting in route determination for pipeline construction and relocation, evaluating costs of alternate right-of-way, participation in acquisition due diligence projects, coordinated with developers to protect rights-of-way from excessive encroachments, negotiated right-of-way agreements, negotiated leases, contracted appraisals, conducted title research, interpreted plans, and identified right-of-way issues pertinent to planning.

New Jersey School Construction Corporation, Acquisition Agent – Duties included Claim negotiation, preparation of relocation surveys, conducted occupancy data interviews, provided assistance to other agents, preparation of supplemental evaluations, recommending and providing support for administrative settlements, provided relocation assistance to business displacees and residential owners and occupants, drafted transfer documents, prepared lien releases, coordinated status meetings, and developed a right-of-way tracking system.

LA County Sanitation District 14 – Acquisition Agent – The project was to acquire 6,000 acres of land located in LA County for a water treatment facility and an agricultural field. The project’s budget was $200 million and was conducted to comply with an order from the water quality board. Duties included: researching current location of landowners, negotiated settlements on over 30 complex claims, secured appraisals, and drafted administrative settlements and recommendations.

Kern River Gas Transmission Company, Right-of-Way Agent – This project analyzed the possible routes around the eastern and western boundaries of Las Vegas. Duties included researching of hundreds of public records, identified utility corridors and mining claims to be impacted, investigated and interpreted intricacies of the real estate market to develop a damage budget, plotted route alignments, and created the feasibility study document.

LA Unified School District, Relocation Agent – Duties included providing relocation assistance for dozens of small businesses (owners and tenants), obtained moving bids, inspected business locations, created inventories, conducted decent, safe and sanitary inspections, computed supplemental benefits, interpreted business relocation plans, coordinated closings on replacement properties, secured lien releases, and recommended administrative settlements.
