Summary of All Relevant Work Experience:

State Route 2038 BBR: Bucks and Montgomery Counties. This project involves the partial acquisition of six parcels. Primary duty is to complete all Appraisal Waiver Options.

Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission, Appraisal Review. Duties include reviewing appraisal reports for accuracy, making suggestions on the determination of value, assuring that all regulations and guidelines have been adhered to in developing the appraisal report.

Allegheny County Department of Public Works, Little Deer Creek Bridge #6.
Duties include preparing Appraisal Problem Analyses, conducting preliminary reviews of fee appraisals, assuring that all regulations and guidelines have been adhered to in developing the appraisal report.

Allegheny County Department of Public Works, Boggs Run Bridge:
Duties include preparing Appraisal Problem Analyses, conducting preliminary reviews of fee appraisals, assuring that all regulations and guidelines have been adhered to in developing the appraisal report.

State Route 0060, Section A02
, Wheatfield and Farrell Township and the City of Sharon, PA. The project is to widen, realign and improve intersections for a two mile long state facility, which enters the City of Sharon. There are approximately 140 parcels being acquired in part and the project will displace several business enterprises and a few residential occupants. Duties include: preparation of Appraisal Waiver Options, Preparation of Facts and Data Book, providing appraisal contracting services, obtaining updates and revisions to appraisal reports, preparing Appraisal Problem Analyses, coordinating the appraisal process, and assuring quality of appraisal reports, participating with the implementation of the Assembled Economic Unit Doctrine.

State Route 0094 Sections 014 & 015, York and Adams Counties. This project involves the partial acquisition of nearly 100 parcels, which include two residential relocations. Duties include preparation of Appraisal Waiver Options, Preparation of Facts and Data Book, providing appraisal contracting services, obtaining updates and revisions to appraisal reports, coordinating the appraisal process, and assuring quality of appraisal reports.

State Route 2038 Section WD1, Bucks and Montgomery Counties. This project involves the partial acquisition of nearly 70 parcels, which include two residential relocations and one business. Duties include conducting writing Appraisal Problem Analyses, providing appraisal contracting services, obtaining updates and revisions to appraisal reports, coordinating the appraisal process, and conducting preliminary reviews of fee appraisals.

Interstate 95 and PA Turnpike in Bristol, PA. The project involves the total acquisition of approximately 27 parcels and the partial acquisition of 16 other properties for the construction of an interchange and five bridge projects being done in conjunction with it. Duties included developing a comparable sales compendium to be utilized by the PTC’s Appraisal Review Specialists or contractor, conducted plan views, began Assembled Economic Unit Doctrine implementation measures, wrote Appraisal Problem Analyses, prepared Appraisal Waiver Options, Inventoried structures to determine personal property and fixed machinery and equipment, provided and providing appraisal contracting services, obtained updates and revisions, and conducted preliminary reviews of fee appraisals.

Mon-Fayette Expressway, Uniontown to Brownsville, Washington and Fayette Counties. This project involves the acquisition of approximately 78 parcels, which includes 9 residential relocation claims. Duties included conducting plan views, wrote Appraisal Problem Analyses, prepared Appraisal Waiver Options, Inventoried structures to determine personal property and fixed machinery and equipment, provided and providing appraisal contracting services, obtained updates and revisions, coordinated entire appraisal process, and conducted preliminary reviews of fee appraisals.

South Mahoning Landslide, Armstrong County, PA. Conducted preliminary market data for pending project and began writing Appraisal Problem Analyses for 13 claims.

State Route 0219, Section C10 in Johnsonburg, PA, Elk County. Wrote 19 approved Appraisal Problem Analyses, worked with District Chief Appraiser to package like appraisals for bids, evaluated 6 Appraisal Waiver Options, gained experience with PENNDOT’s new ROW OFFICE computer tracking system, conducted preliminary appraisal reviews, and provided assistance to staff members in developing settlement documents and offer letters for claims involving substantial damages as a result of varying fees of acquisition.

State Route 0022, Section B08 in Westmoreland County. Wrote 35 Appraisal Problem Analyses, prepared and updated a comparable sales compendium, packaged appraisals for contracting, solicited bids from fee appraisers, conducted bid openings, drafted PENNDOT’s CPO Contract forms, prepared and provided awarded contractors with notices to proceed for assignments, conducted preliminary reviews of appraisals, recommended unit values, and provided support for approved Appraisal Waiver Options.
