Our staff is familiar with procedures necessary to have structures and other properties properly maintained between the time they are acquired to the start of construction. We work closely with contractors who board and seal the structures, demolition contractors, snow removal companies, landscapers who provide lawn care and utility companies who ensure that all utilities are disconnected. Our staff has also been involved with a project on which an apartment complex was purchased. We provided all property management functions including but not limited to: rent collection, property maintenance, security, and disbursement of security deposits. This provides an excellent example of the diversification offered by our staff and assurance that there are no needs overlooked.
