The reports included chain of title investigation, obtaining mortgages and satisfaction pieces, and providing assistance in developing the alignment.

State Route 0022, Section 491, in Indiana County, PA. Prepared approved title reports and bring down title reports for over 45 claims involving right-of-way acquisition. Title research included chain of title investigation, mortgage and lien examination, securing lien releases, obtaining judgments and recording of legal documents.

Allegheny County Bridge Replacements, Allegheny County, PA. Searched courthouse records for over 27 parcels being acquired for the Allegheny County Department of Public Works. Research included preparation of chains of title, investigation into liens and encumbrances, obtaining releases of liens, uncovering judgments, securing satisfaction pieces, providing bring down title reports and recordation of documents.
