Pennsylvania Turnpike
Mainline Improvements
Milepost 320 to 326

The purpose of the project is to widen the mainline of the Turnpike from the present four lane configuration to a six lane facility along that stretch which is located in Tredyffrin and Upper Merian Townships in Chester and Montgomery Counties. The roadway improvements also involve the replacement of nine bridges and result in the extensive construction of storm-water management facilities and other drainage updates. Initially, there were approximately seventy (70) parcels that were to be affected. Presently, due to plan revisions pertinent to environmental and drainage issues, the exact number has yet to be determined. Once the environmental clearance is given, Keystone will provide all acquisition and relocation services to acquire all right-of-way for the Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission.
