DMJM Harris and Engineering Dynamics, Inc. contracted our services to provide a damage estimate for the North Shore Connector Subway Project in the City of Pittsburgh. The connector will provide a link from the Stadiums and Carnegie Science Center on the North Shore, by submerging the light rail under the Allegheny River and connecting it with the existing Gateway Station. There were also additional properties involved with expanding the rail service at the Convention Center. We were responsible for allocating property damages for property interests to be conveyed in order to assist the Port Authority with obtaining the necessary funding to begin final design and ultimately construction on this Project.
