New high school construction
Lawrence County
New Castle School District


Keystone’s staff completed a project in Lawrence County for the New Castle School District. The school district had made plans to reconstruct the senior high school due to cosmetic and structural concerns. There were 12 residents and four businesses that had to be displaced in order for the New Castle School District to move onward with their construction plans. In 2002, the new public high school was opened.
