The “Nagle Bridge” was a project that was completed for the Townships of Harborcreek and Lawrence Park in conjunction with PENNDOT District 1-0. This project’s purpose was to connect two major roadways, which lie outside the city limits of Erie, by spanning over existing Railway Tracks. There were approximately 17 partial take claims. All claims were commercial properties with the exception of three, which involved railroad properties. Vast majority of claims were settled amicably. The claim that was not settled was due to unforseen circumstances and beyong our control.
