Michael P. Broadbent

Michael Broadbent began his career in right-of-way in 1997 as an understudy to his father and brother, while working for an independent acquisition consultant. He has participated in the successful completion of numerous projects, including several key projects throughout the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Mr. Broadbent has been assisting project managers with all functions of the right-of-way acquisition process and has served as an Alternate Project Manager on numerous occasions.

He was an integral part of resurrecting Keystone Acquisition Services, Corp. in 2001 and has been jointly administrating the company’s affairs since the inception. Mr. Broadbent holds a Bachelors Degree from Geneva College in Human Resources, is an active member of the International Right-of-Way Association and is a registered Pennsylvania Notary.
