Duties include assisting with the preparation of Appraisal Problem Analyses, conducting preliminary reviews of fee appraisals, assuring that all regulations and guidelines have been adhered to in developing the appraisal report.

, Wheatfield and Farrell Township and the City of Sharon, PA. The project is to widen, realign and improve intersections for a two mile long state facility, which enters the City of Sharon. There are approximately 140 parcels being acquired in part and the project will displace several business enterprises and a few residential occupants. Duties include compiling data for comparable sales compendium, preparing drafts for appraisal problem analyses, providing assistance to determining base land values for residential, industrial, commercial and mixed use properties, conducting courthouse research, and assistance with appraisal contracting procedural adherence.

I-79 x US 22/30-West, “Missing Ramps” Project: Robinson and Collier Townships, Allegheny County. The project included 31 claims and encompassed $ 67 million in costs. Advised on plan reviews, prepared preliminary property acquisition cost estimates, wrote Appraisal Problem Analyses, produced Appraisal Waiver valuations, wrote appraisals for total take, coal royalties, and partial acquisitions. Helped coordinate entire appraisal process, including solicitation of bids, bid package review, and responding to fee appraisers’ requests for clarification.

SR 3026-A01, Miller’s Run x Sygan Road Project: South Fayette Twp., Allegheny County. Prepared preliminary property acquisition cost estimates, wrote Appraisal Problem Analyses, produced Appraisal Waiver valuations.
