Summary of Relevant Work Experience:

State Route 0079, Section 230 and State Route 3205, Section 230, Jackson Township, Harmony Borough, Butler County. Keystone is currently assisting PennDOT District 10-0 on acquiring the property necessary to construct new ramps to better access State Route 79. There are approximately 35 parcels are being impacted, which include six residential relocation claims. Duties include negotiations with property owners, preparation of supplemental evaluations, conducting title research, providing relocation assistance, preparation and assemblage of pre-acquisition survey, coordinating meetings, conducting preliminary right-of-way plan review and conducting project status meetings with the client.

SR 0219, Section C10, Johnsonburg Bypass, Located in Elk County, PA. The project involves approximately 33 parcels and three relocation claims. Responsibilities include: conducting negotiations with property owners, providing relocation assistance to displaced families, preparing settlement documents, processing payments through PENNDOT’s ROW OFFICE software application, securing lien releases, conducting title verifications, disbursing funds, maintaining project status control logs, assisting coworkers, developing and updating pre-acquisition survey, conducting preliminary appraisal reviews.

South Mahoning Landslide, Armstrong County, PA. This was an emergency project that was being constructed to eliminate the potential for future landslides. There were approximately 17 parcels that needed to be acquired. Duties included but were not limited to: Negotiations with property owners, preparation of supplemental evaluations, conducting title research, compilation of market data book for comparable sales, providing relocation assistance, preparation and assemblage of pre-acquisition survey, providing appraisal assistance, coordinating meetings, conducting preliminary right-of-way plan review, and participating with public relations.

State Route 0022, Section B02, Westmoreland County, PA. Largely responsible for preparation of requests for declarations of taking for approximately 50 claims, conducted negotiations with property owners, provided relocation assistance, processed payments through computerized real estate management system, computed supplemental benefits, relocated several residents and businesses, became proficient with PENNDOT’s MYSAP Application, disbursed acquisition payments, facilitated property management functions.

Mon-Fayette Expressway, Uniontown to Brownsville Segment, located in Washington and Fayette Counties, PA. Acted as Assistant Project Manager and Relocation Manager. Responsibilities included but were not limited to supervision of day to day activities, providing relocation assistance, developing reports, title research, preliminary plan review, coordinating residential and business moves, and compiling pre-acquisition data.
