Summary of All Relevant Work Experience:

State Route 2038 Section WD1, Bucks and Montgomery Counties. This project involves the partial acquisition of nearly 70 parcels, which include two residential relocations and one business Duties include reviewing and explaining the right-of-way plans to affected owners, ROWOffice data entry, preparation of documents, and processing payments to property owners.

State Route 2038 BBR: Bucks and Montgomery Counties. This project involves the partial acquisition of six parcels. Duties include reviewing and explaining the right-of-way plans to affected owners, ROWOffice data entry, preparation of documents, and processing payments to property owners.

Interstate 95 and PA Turnpike in Bristol, PA. The project involves the total acquisition of approximately 27 parcels and the partial acquisition of 16 other properties for the construction of an interchange and five bridge projects being done in conjunction with it. Duties include the preparation of a pre-acquisition survey, providing relocation assistance to over 20 occupants who are being displaced by the project, interpreting benefit packages for families and businesses being displaced, conducting preliminary reviews of appraisals, negotiating claims with property owners, providing support to the PTC for necessary condemnation work, title search review, transmittal of payment packages, and the preparation and finalization of settlement documents.

State Route 0022, Section B02 and Section B08 in Westmoreland County. Worked as a Project Negotiator and Relocation Advisor for the two widening projects. Duties included analysis of files from a previous consultant, determination of relocation benefits and provided property owners with relocation options, negotiated claims, prepared declaration of taking requests, assisted in the preparation of a pre-acquisition survey, obtained moving cost estimates, processed payments, recorded legal documents, and data input to right-of-way management computer system.

State Route 0083, Section 025 in York County. Worked as a negotiator and relocation advisor for the construction of a new interchange project. Assisted with a pre-acquisition survey, negotiated claims, provided relocation assistance, computed supplemental benefits for residential displacements, drafted settlement documents, prepared condemnation requests and recorded legal documents.

State Route 0022, Section 491 in Indiana County. Provided assistance as a Project Negotiator and Relocation Advisor. Primary duties included interactions with property owners, negotiations, condemnation support, utility relocation coordination.

Interstate 79, PA Turnpike Cranberry Connector. Provided preliminary assistance to the preparation of a pre-acquisition survey, informed potential displacees of entitlements, helped with assisting the relocation of over 150 storage bin units.

State Route 4034, Sections A51G and A90 in Erie, PA. Conducted both residential and business displacement interviews, participated in the implementation of Assembled Economic Unit Doctrine Claims, prepared supplemental evaluations, negotiated claims for settlement, provided condemnation support to legal counsel, filed declarations of taking, notices of condemnation, and recorded legal transfer documents.
