Summary of All Relevant Work Experience:

PA Turnpike Mainline, Milepost 320 to 326 in Chester County. The project is to reconstruct a portion of the Turnpike’s mainline to accommodate an increase in traffic flow. The lane configuration will increase from the existing four lanes, to the future six lanes. Duties include negotiations with property owners, working with design consultant and utility companies to best determine alignment, utility coordination, assisting with feasibility study, and conducting pre-acquisition relocation activities.

Interstate 95 and PA Turnpike in Bristol, PA. The project involves the total acquisition of approximately 27 parcels and the partial acquisition of 16 other properties for the construction of an interchange and five bridge projects being done in conjunction with it. Duties include: compiling information relative to the assembly of the pre-acquisition survey and other incidentals, provided relocation assistance to over 20 occupants who are being displaced by the project, negotiated claims with property owners, provided support to the PTC for necessary condemnation work, title search review, transmittal of payment packages, and the preparation and finalization of settlement documents.

State Route 2038 Section WD1, Bucks and Montgomery Counties. This project involves the partial acquisition of nearly 70 parcels, which include two residential relocations and one business Duties include reviewing and explaining the right-of-way plans to affected owners, ROWOffice data entry, preparation of documents, and processing payments to property owners.

Route 29, Slip Ramp Project in Chest County, PA. Currently negotiating claims with 11 property owners for the widening of this interchange. This project includes one residential relocation and two business relocations. Other duties that I have been assigned to on this project were: title search review and providing support to the PTC for necessary condemnation work.

Interstate 476, North East Extension, Twin Bridge Replacement in Carbon County, PA. Currently negotiating claims with twelve property owners for the replacement of the “dual bridges”. This project contains a few properties that are jointly owned by several municipalities, which require a substantial amount of time to have each agreement executed. I have also been obtaining moving estimates for a salvage yard that contains approximately 500 vehicles.
