Federal Courthouse Construction
Lackawanna County, Pennsylvania

Certain staff members completed a project in Lackawanna County for the General
Services Administration (GSA). The project involved the acquisition of a
nine-story apartment complex that appraised for approximately $3,500,000.
There were 45 residential tenants and 30 business tenants that needed to
be displaced in order to construct the new William J. Nealon Federal Annex
and Courthouse. In addition to right-of-way acquisition, our staff members
responsible for full management services throughout the facility until the
displacements were all successful.
