Keystone is currently under a three year open end contract with the Allegheny County Department of Public Works. The first assignment is for the realignment of Curry Hollow / Brownsville Road and the improvement and reconfiguration of intersecting roadways necessary to facilitate a more uniform flow of traffic throughout the area. The project area has been plagued with congestion and the design and construction of the improvements should eliminate obstructions that have been created by the outdated roadway design.

The realignment will impact 33 parcels and will result in the displacement of four businesses and three residential occupants of sleeping room quarters. Services being provided to the County include: plan review, negotiation, relocation assistance services, business relocation advisory assistance and condemnation support.
